From Galilee in the North...

 Viv is based in both the northern town of Tiberias, right on the coast of the Kinneret (Lake Galilee) with a perfect view of the Golan Heights.
Viv's last report was posted at the end of 2009, but we have left the series of blogs and updates as much of the information is of ongoing interest and value.
