Serious Exercise After A 15-Year Break

College was good yesterday, but I'm absolutely exhausted from all the travel, hours of lectures, meeting new people, stimulating conversations and all the reading I am needing to do.

Yep, more work has been set., but I can’t find where I wrote it down!

Stretches and Warm-Ups for a Long RaceI think sleep-depravation should have been on the course prospectus as I couldn't sleep last night for all the Theology going round and round in my head. The other night I was talking to Andy till 1 AM about all the stuff I am reading and last night I could hardly explain a thing I had learnt that day.

I'm hoping that, like an athlete returning to exercise after a long break, it will be the same for me with my brain... i.e. it will be fitter and more alert, stronger and quicker in a few weeks' time.

The only thing with this course is that everything I'm reading affects ME, as it's all about Messianic Judaism and I am a Messianic Jew. As such, I'm not only studying information, I'm also constantly reflecting on what I think, feel, and do in my own life - so it's pretty emotional too!

My new room at College is really warm though - just 1 duvet and 1 blanket this week - and the shower was hot.

Well, your prayers are all appreciated please!!! I have to present an overview of a book on Monday to the class and read another so I can keep up with the other student presenting yet another book.

Book reviews and some more challenging content will be forthcoming for you guys as soon as I can put them in an interesting format for you to enjoy, so watch this space.

Shalom and blessings to you all,

Natasha
